Accelerating the growth of Paracoaching in Europe
Coaches are an integral element of the Parasport system and have a huge impact on the the lives of Para Athletes and the success of the organisations they work in. The ParaCoaching Xcellerator (PCx) aims to accelerate the development of coaching infrastructures in Parasport by (a) Strategic development of ParaCoaching (b) ParaCoach Knowledge Transfers (c) Profile & Perception of ParaCoaching.
XCELLERATOR COHORT #1
E-LEARNING IN PARACOACHING
Cohort #1 selected the topic of E-Learning in Parasport to exchange, receive expert input and mentoring and implement their own pilot projects to understand how E-Learning can be used in their context to further develop the Parasport coaching system.
THE XCELLERATOR PROCESS
The Xcellerator Programme mixes networking opportunities, peer to peer learning, mentor based interventions as well as providing access to experts and opinions to support organisations in the delivery of their own pilot projects.
