This interactive and self-paced course uses a mix of guided and independent study, designed to engage participants in a journey of self-discovery and how best to create more inclusive and empowering environments and practices for people with disability

This course is aimed at coaches, teachers, volunteers and anyone who would like to become more knowledgeable when delivering or supporting sport or PE sessions for disabled people.It uses a variety of written text, interactive exercises and real life videos to aid your learning.

This entry-level module is designed for everyone but will be particularly useful to those who are new to inclusive teaching and coaching, those who would like to become inclusive teachers or coaches, or those who would like to gain confidence in teaching or coaching inclusively.

Offers a fun and interactive introduction to the Inclusive Activity Programme. It is a great starting point for anyone wanting to learn more about the key principles of inclusion in sport and physical activity.

The Coaching Association of Canada (CAC) has created the Coaching Athletes with a Disability resource to develop a valuable training opportunity for coaches. The purpose of this eLearning module is to train and educate coaches who work with athletes with a disability.

The IPC Academy is a partnership between the IPC and the World Academy of Sport and is the education division of the IPC. The Academy brings individuals together to improve educational standards of the sport throughout the Paralympic Movement and ensures that executives, administrators and officials have an educational centre that is sensitive to their needs and in touch with trends and developments, providing world-class programmes.

There are now 5 versions of the UK DIT workshop, this means that you will get a tailored experience reflecting the diversity of your needs, and identifying and reinforcing good practice within your area of the physical activity, sport and leisure industry.  Disability Sport Wales is offering UK DIT courses via a mixture of online and face-to-face learning.

The Inclusive Sport Academy will help students enhance their skills and abilities to deliver sporting programs for people with intellectual disabilities or autism.

The platform provides a tailored, user-friendly learning experience for people with intellectual disabilities, teachers, coaches, tertiary students, and allied health professionals.

By the end of this course, you will have a clear understanding of Cerebral Palsy, including facts, statistics and perceptions of coaching disabled people.

You will be introduced to the “S.T.E.P” Model, the Inclusion Spectrum and a “R.A.M.P” warm-up, including some practical examples. The course will also provide you with some coaching considerations and how to make sure sport is included in your daily routine.

This free online interactive course is aimed at community coaches and the course contains five modules.

The course is short, user-friendly and feature the latest interactive technology, including case studies, practical scenarios and a quiz. The modules may be done in part, or all at once. Users who successfully finish all modules and their assessment quizzes can print a certificate of completion.

The Access Sport team developed our YMCA endorsed disability inclusion training to support coaches and volunteers develop their awareness and confidence to deliver inclusive sport and physical activity that is inclusive to all abilities/disabilities.

Our interactive training is delivered via Zoom by one of our disability inclusion team for a 2 ½ hour workshop.

This workshop is designed to build awareness around people with disabilities participating in community sport and physical activity.

On completion of the course all attendees will receive a Cara Certificate of Participation endorsed by Sport Ireland.

Our latest eLearning activity is titled 'An Introduction to Disability Awareness'. In this interactive activity, you will learn about the different types of disability, acceptable terminology and what you can do to help. 

There is no log in and the answers to the questions are not recorded, the aim is to aid your learning and get you thinking about disability. Once you have completed the activity, just print your certificate! 

IFCPF's Training Ground is an online platform that will host varying levels and lengths of education courses.

There courses will include 'An Introduction to CP Football', training for national and international classifiers, and a range of other courses developed over time based on feedback from members of the CP Football family.

The NWBA Level I Coach Training & Certification training presentations provides online training materials associated with the game of wheelchair basketball. Following the training presentations all coaches must complete the open book test.

This course focuses on how you can become more inclusive, both from a coaching perspective but also as a gymnastics delivery provider.

It looks at considerations to make Gymnastics sessions more accessible and inclusive, and has been developed in partnership with Activity Alliance, National Disability Sports Organisations and other partners.
